Adult LifeDance (Teens welcome):
Ballroom: Ballroom has become highly recognized and adored with all of the popular TV shows. Learning Ballroom dance teaches you more than just great moves, you become more elegant, refined, physically in better shape and confident. There are many benefits to learning Ballroom dance that will become a part of your daily life.
You will learn 4 different Ballroom dances throughout this course: Foxtrot, Rumba, Waltz, & Cha Cha.
